The thought is chilling, because it would affect approximately 2 MILLION children in Russia. Children who have loving parents...<br /><br />I'm terrified, because my child is almost four, and he has some speech issues. According to this, he might end up in an institution. Thanks for speaking so openly. I'm ser...Kendra,<br />Thanks for speaking so openly. I'm seriously tired of people being nice when talking about what's going on in Russia. As a Russian American, I hate to hate the country of my birth, but it is what it is. Russia treats my family there poorly, especially my special needs adopted son who's living with my mom until we can bring them both here.
